    • Coffee has caffeine which is a diuretic and makes you have to go to the bathroom more, thus making you lose water and become dehydrated. You might not realize it, but that morning cup of joe is actually sapping your body of water. That 3 o’clock pick-me-up may be dehydrating you more than you know.
